Frage ist unklar. Das Deutsche ist OK. Falls Englisch gesucht sein sollte, vielleicht so: You may feel hugged.
Let me hug you. Üblicher noch: Hugs and kisses.

However you decide to go, "hugged" is the past form of "to hug." So "umarmt fühlen" would be "feel hugged."

"Please feel hugged" is a valid sentence, but it sounds wacky.

I'm guessing the context of "I'm not near you but I hope you feel like I'm hugging you." In that case it may be a bit difficult to find a normal-sounding equivalent but:

"Please feel as though you're being hugged."
    "Please feel my embrace."
"I hope you can feel my hug."

More playfully "I'm giving you a virtual hug right now!" could work (and is a more colloquial expression).

I'd write sometimes "(I) hug you" at the end of a letter. Similar in style to "hugs and kisses" (or short and girly xoxo), although I feel it's more personal :-)
