    Die Bundeswehr hat (auch) im Sanitaetsdienst eine etwas andere (Kommando-)Struktur. Von daher sind Begriffe nicht deckungsgleich.

    Ich wuerde das hier als 'Medizinische Unterstuetzungskompanie' uebersetzen.
