wenn das der Kontext (man darf auch mehr als einen Satz angeben, damits klarer wird um was es geht) ist, scheint mir weniger das Wasser als die Frau betatscht wird.

Patsch! wär mein Vorschlag passt fürs Antatschen der Frau und des Wassers. (das Platsch übernimmt vielleicht die Frau mit ner Ohrfeige..)
