If this is in an advertisement of some sort, I would recommend "intimate" over "pubic." Strongly.

"Waxing", insbesondere "bikini waxing", ist ein sehr gebräuchlicher Begriff für die (professionell mit Heißwachs durchgeführte) Schamhaarentfernung (in erster Linie bei Frauen). Ansonsten "pubic shaving" oder "intimate shaving" für Intimrasuren. "Pubic depilation" deckt eigentlich alles ab, oder, wie bereits vorgeschlagen, "pubic / intimate hair removal".

'Waxing' oder auch 'shaving' passen hier meiner Ansicht nach nicht, denn beim 'Sugaring' wird weder mit Wachs noch mit dem Rasierer gearbeitet, sondern mit einer zaehen Zucker-Wasser-Mischung.

You are aware of the fact that intimate is an adverb a way in which something is done?
So if someone performs an intimate hair removal - no matter what spot of your body - that means she/he is pretty darn close to you in a mature sense. The area above ad referes to is 'pubic' as far as Im concerned.

Man kann "intimate" natürlich als Adjektiv auffassen und den empfohlenen Begriff als "intime Haarentfernung" auffassen, zumal der Begriff "intimate hair" nicht so ohne weiteres als Synonym für "pubic hair" belegbar ist, aber wie Rob schon andeutete, scheint die Werbesprache so ihre eigenen Gesetze zu haben, zumal wenn es um den Intimbereich geht. :-)

If you're only looking for a fancy synonym or try to avoid 'pubic' use a medical 'genital hair'. That'll do.

I assume #11 is a joke.

The other problem with "pubic" and "genital" is that it covers a greater area than that.

Then what is non-intimate hair removal? The barber is in the next room, or standing behind a screen?

Consider how "Schamhaarentfernung" or "Geschlechtsorganentaarung" would look in on a sign in the window of a German beauty shop.

Na ja, eleganter und üblicher ist "intimate" in diesem Zusammenhang wohl schon. Aber t.b. kann seine Utensilien ja auch hier bestellen! :-)
