I can read a simple ECG trace but am no expert on re-analysis of Holter monitoring or stress tests. I do know that many systems allow the user to reset (modify) the isoelectric point, J point and, for example, the length of the ST segment -- but you need a cardiologist or good cardio tech. to tell you exactly what is being done.
Coming right after “isoelectric point and J point” I would take “timing” here to relate to the time (in ms) to these points, or possibly the time taken by (i.e. length of) any wave/segment/interval.
But the English is not really clear - it could also refer to the “timing” of where you look at the recording, or how many beats/sec ...

Penguin, rather than speculate, I went to someone who would know and asked what is meant – here’s the answer from tech. support:
“ …changing the timing in the reanalysis feature refers to changing the J point and the J+ point after a test.
[…]
“[the user] can choose to alter the J+ point from 80 to 60 ms”

“the J point can be selected from the average waveform by using a slider.”
