    21st September 2008: the iXS Middle European Downhill Cup defines 2008 again a stop in Leogang bikepark - for the second edition of this Downhill Leogang ist the place for the finals of the Cup.

    The downhill stretch in Leogang is very challenging, the participants have to fight with a route length of 2.3 km and 480 altimeters.

    The way to the goal is peppered with steep and liquid parts.

    Passages with an average gradient of 20%.

    About 250 drivers from 20 nations are coming 2008 again to the Bikepark in Leogang!

    The way to the finish line abounds with steep and winding sections. - or - The road to the finish line has many steep and winding segments/sections.

    Some segments have an average gradient of 20%

    About 250 riders from 20 nations are coming again in 2008 to the Bikepark in Leogang!

    route length sounds a little odd to me = distance

    Participants have to cover a challenging distance of....

    ..it all sounds somewhat "translated"...

    Perhaps you should also post the German with your translation for comparison purposes.

    and... not that I encourage plagiarism in any way, but if you google the event, there seem to be several English versions already which might also generate ideas.

    The point was to look at the English versions, in which case the year does not really matter, only the language use.
